Shipping policy
Dtablet AS ships products to the destinations specified at checkout. Available shipping countries, delivery methods, and any applicable shipping costs will be shown during the ordering process or on the product page.
For products sold as pre-orders, delivery will take place at a later date than the order date. Any stated shipping or delivery timeframe is an estimate and may change due to production, logistics, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control. If delivery is significantly delayed beyond the communicated estimate, you have the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund without undue delay.
Risk for the product transfers to you once the product has been delivered to the address provided at checkout. If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within a reasonable time so we can assist in resolving the issue with the carrier.
Shipping times may vary depending on destination, customs procedures, and local delivery conditions. Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees outside Norway are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
If you provide an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, additional shipping costs or delays may occur. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.
